Kirrlach residential complex

New construction of a residential complex with 36 residential units in Kirrlach, located between Goethestrasse and Lessingstrasse. Here, a residential quarter is being built with a total of 36 residential units, distributed over four houses, an underground garage with 35 parking spaces and 19 outdoor parking spaces. The concept of each house is to create two large, low-barrier apartments with a garden area on the first floor, which can be inhabited by the 60+ generation as well as by families with children (3-4 rooms).
